1. Who we are
These terms are a contract between you and Aura Era ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of unisex grooming studios trading as Aura Era. By booking an appointment, subscribing to a membership or otherwise using our website or in-branch services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide barbering, hair styling, nail care, skin care, waxing/threading, massage, makeup and related grooming services at our branches. Availability of specific services varies by branch and is shown at booking time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Bookings & attendance
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rebooking.
- We may reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary; we will contact you promptly.
4. Payments, memberships & billing
Membership subscriptions and any online payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all such orders, handles billing, taxes and refunds, and provides customer service for order enquiries. Payment and subscription mechanics — including renewal, proration, cancellation windows and taxes — are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. In-branch payments (cash, MoMo) are settled directly with the branch.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use our services unlawfully; (b) engage in fraud or spam; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of our systems (including probing, scraping, or introducing malware).
6. Intellectual property
The Aura Era brand, website, software, imagery and any related documentation are owned by Aura Era or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
7. Service level
We work hard to keep the site and our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, or cancel your membership, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
