Booking an appointment

Choose a service, branch, date and time, then pay a small Mobile Money deposit.

Pick your service
Tap a service card. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and members see their discount automatically.

Choose a branch
Select the studio nearest you. If only one branch offers the service it is chosen for you.

Pick a date and time
Choose your preferred day and slot, then tap Next. Busy slots are flagged so you can pick another.

Add your details
Enter your name, phone and email. We use these to confirm your booking and send your receipt.

Apply a code or voucher
Have a promo code or gift voucher? Enter it before paying and the balance updates instantly.

Pay the deposit
Send the deposit by Mobile Money to the number shown for that branch. Your booking becomes active once our team confirms it.

Track it
Keep your reference. Use Track appointment at any time to see progress, reschedule or cancel.

Enter your reference
Type the reference from your confirmation email or receipt to see the current status.

Reschedule or cancel
You can move or cancel an appointment while it is more than four hours away.

Rate your visit
After a completed visit you can rate your stylist. Good ratings earn them reward points.

Buy retail products for collection or delivery from your branch.

Choose your branch
Only products in stock at that branch are shown.

Add to basket
Your basket is kept per branch, so items don't mix between studios.

Checkout
Choose collection or delivery, then pay by Mobile Money or pay on collection.

Follow your order
Use your order reference on the Track page to see packing and hand-off progress.

Compare plans
Silver, Gold and Platinum give member pricing. Pay as you go is always available with no plan.

Manage your plan
My membership shows your renewal date and lets you upgrade or cancel.

Send a gift voucher
Buy a voucher, share the code with someone, and they can spend it online or in studio.

Redeem
Enter a voucher code during booking or at the counter. Any remaining balance stays on the code.
