Refund Policy

We want you to love every moment. Here's how refunds work.

Online memberships

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all membership subscriptions purchased through this website. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase and we will refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Membership refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at hello@auraera.com and we will process the request on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Access continues to the end of the paid period; no further charges are taken. Cancellation on its own does not create a refund — request one separately using the process above.

In-branch services

If you are unhappy with a service performed in-branch, please raise it with the branch manager during your visit so we can put it right. Where a remedy isn't possible we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, in line with your statutory consumer rights.
